    These are some common symptoms of oral thrush, sometimes known as candida or candiasis

    Sores or ulcers on the tongue, in the mouth, or on inside of cheeks
    Pain in mouth, tongue, or throat is common with oral thrush
    White, creamy or curd-like growths inside the mouth
    Whitish velvety raised plaques
    Slightly raised growths and plaques
    Dry mouth, tongue, or throat
    Difficulty swallowing is also a common  symptom of oral thrush
